15-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Eligibility
- This policy applies to jewellery made with Lab-Grown Diamonds, Gold, Platinum, and Solitaire Jewellery purchased from Anyra Diamonds.
- Customised jewellery, including engraved or personalised items, is not eligible for the 15-day money-back guarantee.
- This policy is valid only for orders within India and does not apply to international orders.
Refund Details
- We offer a 100% refund for returns initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
- No questions asked, provided the product meets the return conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions
- The product must be in its original condition, without any signs of wear or damage.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging in saleable condition with no scratches, damage, wear, or alteration.
- All original documentation, including the product certificate and invoice, must be included.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage (done by any jeweller other than Anyra Diamonds) are not eligible for a refund.
- If the original certificate is missing, the cost of recertification will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed via online bank transfer within 7-10 business days after the product has passed quality inspection.
Lifetime Exchange Policy
We understand that preferences change over time, and we want to provide you with the flexibility to exchange your jewellery. Our Lifetime Exchange policies are detailed below.
Lab-Grown Diamond and Solitaire Jewellery
Lifetime Exchange (LTE): You will receive 80% of the invoice value for eligible products.
Plain Gold and Platinum Jewellery
You will receive 100% of the metal weight value calculated based on prevailing market rates.
Customised Jewellery
Customised jewellery is eligible for Lifetime Exchange but is not covered under the 15-day money-back guarantee.
Metal and Diamond Valuation in LTE
- Under Lifetime Exchange, we pay for the metal and diamonds based on their wholesale market prices.
- Manufacturing and labour charges are excluded from the exchange value.
Conditions for Return and Exchange
- Products must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original product certificate and invoice.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or resizing by any jeweller other than Anyra Diamonds will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- The absence of the original product certificate will result in recertification charges being deducted from the refund or exchange value.
- Jewellery damaged due to mishandling or improper care will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- This policy is applicable only to products purchased directly from Anyra Diamonds.
- International orders are excluded from the Lifetime Exchange and Money-Back policies.
Additional Conditions
- In case the exchange value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference.
- The Money-Back amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid.
- Any new product purchased against LTE value or Old Gold Exchange Credit will be eligible for LTE but not eligible for the 15-day money-back guarantee.
- You can exchange your design within 15 days for the full value only once. If you wish to exchange the design the second time, it will be considered as a Lifetime Exchange.
