Eligibility Criteria
- Original Invoice & Certificate must be provided.
- Missing Certificate: A deduction of ₹5,000–₹10,000 will apply, depending on the stone.
- Condition: Product must pass our Quality Check.
- Altered/Damaged Items: Items modified or damaged by third parties are not eligible.
Refund Process
- Refunds are credited via online bank transfer to your registered account.
- Processing time: 10–14 business days after successful inspection.
Shipping & Handling
- A ₹3,000 processing and insured shipping fee applies for all online buyback requests.
Important Notes
- Buyback is not applicable on:
- Customized or engraved jewelry
- International orders
- Purchases made from third-party resellers
- Anyra Diamonds reserves the right to reject any buyback request at its sole discretion based on product condition, authenticity, or policy violations.
- Anyra Diamonds also reserves the right to amend the policy terms at any time.
